So one of the plans I have for the near future is to setup a good exterior antenna for 2m/70cm, and after thinking about it I decided to go with directional antennas (Yagis more likely). I decided to start looking for a reasonable priced antenna rotator. I found a fair priced one on QRZ.com and jumped in to it. You guessed right, a Yaesu G-800SA. This would give me enought power to even add an HF and 6m yagis as well down the road! This is a long time project as I will be looking for fair priced second hand antennas, but I will be updating this project as I slowly go through it… stay tuned!
